Panerai reinvents watchmaking time after time

Robust, functional and unmistakably stylish

Panerai stands for Italian flair and Swiss watchmaking mastery. Founded in 1860 as a workshop and training school for watchmakers, the brand spent decades quietly developing precision instruments for the Italian Navy. It wasn’t until the late 1990s that Panerai stepped into the spotlight with its now-iconic designs. Today, Panerai stands for technical innovation wrapped in distinctive aesthetics. From its signature crown-protecting bridge and sandwich dials to advanced materials like ceramic and Carbotech™, every watch tells a story of adventure, precision and character.

Luminor GMT Power Reserve Ceramica PAM01574

At Salone del Mobile, Panerai returns as official timekeeper with a bold statement in black ceramic: the Luminor GMT Power Reserve Ceramica PAM01574.

Ceramic as character: robust, light and refined

With its 44 mm black ceramic case — part polished, part sandblasted — the PAM01574 showcases how high-tech materials can tell a story. Ceramic, a Panerai signature since 2007, is heat-resistant, scratchproof, corrosion-resistant, and remarkably light.

A GMT for the World Traveller

Inside beats the automatic P.9012 calibre, composed of 231 parts and offering a three-day power reserve. Its GMT function, date display, seconds reset, and power reserve indicator make it a faithful companion for globetrotters. The blue sun-brushed sandwich dial with white and blue Super-LumiNova® adds depth and legibility, even in darkness.

Luminor Quaranta BiTempo Ceramica

Panerai expands its Luminor Quaranta collection with a first: the Luminor Quaranta BiTempo Ceramica PAM01460, the brand’s debut 40 mm ceramic case.

Compact Power: Ceramic Innovation in a 40 mm GMT

The black ceramic case — part polished, part sandblasted — delivers visual depth and exceptional durability. Scratch-resistant, lightweight and temperature-proof, it’s the perfect foundation for Panerai’s signature Luminor form.

BiTempo: Dual Time with Italian Finesse

Powered by the automatic P.900/GMT calibre with a three-day power reserve, the BiTempo offers a 12-hour GMT function for frequent flyers. A stop-seconds feature ensures precise time-setting. The black sun-brushed sandwich dial with white Super-LumiNova® X2 ensures clarity even in low light, while the ‘BiTempo’ inscription nods to Panerai’s Italian heritage.
